教育与工作经历:

本科:中山大学,2007.9-2011.6;

博士:香港科技大学,2011.9-2015.1;

博士后:加州大学-洛杉矶分校,2015.3-2018.4;

2018年5月起担任北京大学物理学院量子材料科学中心研究员,助理教授,博士生导师。

 

主要研究方向:

  • 分子束外延(MBE)量子材料、金属、半导体薄膜、纳米结构,包括量子点、纳米线等;
  • 拓扑(晶体)绝缘体;
  • 拓扑超导体与马约拉纳费米子;
  • 反铁磁自旋电子器件。
